Hi, I only want to share with you this disaster.

Situation: ESX Server installed on a PowerEdge T310 server. 4x250 GB SAS HDDs. RAID-5 configured.

Problem: Degraded RAID with 2 disks out of the array. PERC Controller damaged.

Resolution: New RAID controller, reinstall ESX and restore VMs from backup.
