Change local Administrator’s passwors through GPO
Group Policy Preferences, a new feature in Windows Server 2008 allows us to configure things like Drive Mappings, Printers, Local Users and many more.
Today we’ll use it to change the Local Admin password on some domain computers.
This computers should belong to some OU with this GPO applied on it. So as starting point, let’s suppose we have an Active Directory Domain, with one Domain Controller and inside of it, one OU called TestComputers with two computers inside. Let’s see a very very short video about creating this kind of GPO.
